• 3. You can rent a space on our website and let us help you promote your business.
  

• 4. For the cost of $299/year you can rent a space 50x50=2,500 pixels big. Those who want to have a space in prime location can rent a 100x100=10,000 pixel space for $999/year (this space is 4 times bigger than in the first option, and in the prime location). There are only forty spaces in prime location available.

Both the options include also a full page assigned only to you that will be linked to the advertisement space you rented

• 5. In the rented space we will put ad/logo/image of your choice that will be linked to your own website (will click-through to your site). Also, when a visitor will put the mouse over, the floating box with a short info about you will appear (all new browsers have a capability to do that).

• 6. It is not required that you have your own website, although it would be better if you have one. If you do not have your business website yet, we can help you to create it if you choose to have one, but as we said you can still use our service even if you don’t have your website.

• 7. Between your ad/logo/image on our website, and your website, there will be a full-screen page assigned just to you where we will place a picture of your choice 600x400 pixels big, it means more than ¼ size of the monitor screen (we're talking about the common screen resolution, it means on some screens the picture will be even bigger). This picture will be on a page that will be entirely dedicated to your business, that's why it can also include some information about your business, a map with your location and/or a link to the popular service and maps on Yahoo! or on other search engine.

• 8. In certain places, there will be additional links to your website, which will highly improve your ranking position on search engines.

• 9 Images must be in GIF or JPEG format. Images to be placed on our website must be 50x50 pixels for the 2,500 pixel space option, or 100x100 pixels for the 10,000 pixel space option. Images must NOT be animated.

• 10. You have to prove that you are the owner of the logo/image and the website that you submit, or have authority to do that.

• 11. You have to provide the legal name of your business

• 12. For your convenience and fast service, we prefer payments by PayPal. To use credit card you do not need to be PayPal member. Do NOT use e-check option, please. You can pay by company check or personal check, but funds must be fully received and cleared. Money orders are limited to commonly recognized bank institutions. To transfer money by money-wire can be another form of payment.

• 13. Funds must be fully received and cleared before we put your ad/logo/image on our website and activate the link to your website.

• 14. Once we have received the full payment and the funds have cleared, your ad/logo/image will be placed on our website within 3-4 business days, as well as the link to your website will be activated (provided they are accepted).

• 15. If your ad/logo/image and the link are accepted and published on our website, you cannot get a refund.

• 16. In order to be accepted, your ad/logo/image and/or your website must NOT contain obscene/offensive/adult material and/or links to such material. If the ad/logo/image and/or website that you submit is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative within 14 days from the date we informed you about the rejection. Otherwise your money will be refunded, and the given space will become available to other prospective clients.

• 17. If your link is accepted, but in the future you change the content of the linked website to show obscene/offensive/adult material or put links to such material, your link will be removed until you provide a new one that is accepted, but your ad/logo/image will still be displayed on our website along with the assigned full-screen page described in paragraph 7.

• 18. If in the future for any unexpected reason your business doesn’t exist any more, or there is any other reason for which you want your ad/logo/image and the link removed from our website, the funds you paid to rent the space are not refundable, and the space becomes available to other prospective clients.

• 19. If in the future you move your business to a different location within the same city, we keep your ad, but you have to cover the cost of the update. In case you move your business to a different city, this will be subject to a discussion as an individual case.

• 20. There might be occasional downtime for the website maintenance, but we will try to keep it to a minimum.

• 21. This one-year service can be extended after one year.
